Jaime is a partner at Mesas Trigo, a law firm he co-founded in 2014 and leads the tax team. His professional experience began in 2013, in Spain, and before founding Mesas Trigo he forged his professional career in one of the leading international audit, legal and tax services companies.<\/p>

He specializes in international taxation for high-net-worth families, family offices and companies, focusing his practice on asset restructuring transactions, corporate tax law, advising on mergers, acquisitions and business combinations and taxation of foreign investment structures. He also has significant experience in cross-border succession planning, combining both civil and common law jurisdictions.<\/p>

Jaime regularly advises international companies, corporate groups and financial institutions in relation to general tax planning strategies, as well as in key areas such as corporate taxation, indirect taxation and tax procedures. His comprehensive approach allows him to provide tax advice in a variety of contexts, from corporate tax management to the resolution of complex tax disputes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
