
Description and experience
Júlia is part of the tax and corporate law department in the Andorra office.
She collaborates with the team on a wide range of legal matters, providing comprehensive advice to both individuals and companies on international, national and local tax issues, including indirect taxation.
Júlia also specializes in succession planning and asset restructuring, having participated in corporate restructuring transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, developing strategies for the reorganization of assets and maximizing tax efficiency in these transactions.
She has experience in international corporate legal counsel, adapting to the specific needs of each industry and offering tailored solutions to optimize taxation and minimize legal and tax risks.
Prior to joining Mesas Trigo, Júlia worked for several years at a major Spanish law firm.
